Project summary:
I am looking for an experienced Shopify store manager who can help me with the marketing and maintenance of my existing store.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Extensive experience in managing a Shopify store
- Able to handle difficult customer service situations and provide solutions that leave customers happy and do not harm the store
- Experience in writing advertising texts, or at least understanding the basic principles of sales and design
- Relevant work experience (at least 12 months)
- Available to start immediately and participate continuously
- Flexible with the schedule and willing to extend work time occasionally to complete tasks
- Willing to take a 1-week paid trial (paid according to results, agreed monthly payment prorated)
- Detail-oriented and able to work well as part of a team
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Great communication and organization skills
